Each photobook is wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packaged in a form fitting corrugated cardboard box, and are marked as fragile.
Claims and Return Policy
All complaints or claims for defect must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 from the date of delivery. If no such claim is made, MYFLIPPIX! will consider all printed products have been received in good condition and therefore is an acknowledgement that MYFLIPPIX! has successfully performed all terms, conditions and specifications.
In the event of a claim, the defective product must be returned to us and MYFLIPPIX! will, at its sole discretion, determine whether to repair or reproduce the product at no additional charge. However, the cost of returning the product to us is borne by the customer. For further information, please see Our Guarantee.
